    Ordering Details
    Arctan prices are listed in Canadian Dollars, and our invoices are in Canadian
    dollars.  US dollar transactions via Paypal are available on request.
    Payment security: we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Paypal
    using a secure (Paypal) shopping cart.  Financial details such as credit card
    numbers are handled by the shopping cart.  Only the details required for
    shipping and tracking your order (address, e-mail address and contact phone
    number) are received by Arctan.  This information is kept private.
    Credit card payments by phone are available on request.

    Orders received after 2PM PST may be shipped the next day.  A tracking
    number is provided by e-mail for all shipments.  Xpresspost courier standard
    delivery time is two business days to major centres and three days for most other
    locations.  For faster shipping options (e.g. overnight air), or if you prefer
    another courier, please contact us directly.
    For small orders (below $75 in value), and for normal orders to the USA, we
    normally ship by Expedited Parcel Service.
               
    Privacy policy
    Information collected for your order is used to ship and track your order, and
    is treated as confidential.  Arctan does not distribute personal information to
    anyone for any reason.
Taxes
GST and other taxes are collected as required by government regulation based on the
buyer's address, with rates as follows:

    Products which are unused and unopened  can be returned for 14 days from the
    date of purchase for the full cost of the product.  Shipping costs are not
    refundable.  Proper return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
